Ezra Roscoe, Jr. was born on April 19, 1943 to Lena Mae and Ezra Roscoe, Sr. He received Christ at an early age. Roscoe was educated at Brighton High School. He was formerly employed with the Alabama Department of Transportation, where he retired on June 24, 2004. He was a member of Ward Chapel where Reverend
Samuel L. Lewis was Pastor. Roscoe was a faithful servant to God until his illness and death on August 26, 2000, he married the woman of his dreams, Annie M. Horton. Roscoe was called home by his Lord and Savior on April 8, 2018.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Annie Roscoe, three daughters Keywanee Cook of Bessemer, Kimberlyn (Michael) Lang of Centerpoint, Jerwanda (Cory) Smith of Fairfield, three Step-Children Erica (William) Dunn, Roderick Hood and Paul Dunn. one brother Joe (Etta Mae) Knox, Three sister-in-laws, seven brother-in-laws. Six grandchildren: Dominique, Antonius, Tiara, De'Andre, Jamonte', Kennedy. Three great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
