Mrs. Linda Watts Smith was the second child born to Mr. L C & Barbara Watts, May 11, 1956; both parents preceded her in death. She grew up in Fairfield, Alabama and attended Fairfield City Schools, Class of 1974 .
Linda learned at an early age the importance of having God as the head of her life. Her relationship with God was solid as she operated in the gift He had given her. She attended Mt Pilgrim Baptist Church throughout her childhood, served at Friendship Primitive Baptist and Thompson Chapel AME Zion. She pursued her passion for cooking in many capacities: at Children's' Hospital of Alabama, Cannagios, and Wing Out. She provided desserts for Faith Walk every year during Christmas, an outreach ministry for the homeless. She was affectionately called, "Sweets ".
God gave Linda the gifts she desired; Tarsha, Calvin, Myesia, and Fernando. She loved her children unconditionally! He also blessed her with the gift of love, her husband who also preceded her in death, Curtis Smith.
