Alicia Renette Williams was born January 19, 1974 to the late Phyllis T. Williams and Robert Williams, in Lawrence Georgia. She departed this life on June 7, 2019. she confessed Christ at an early age and later joined New Beginnings Christian Church.
Alicia was a graduate of Southside High School, Class of “92” and later furthered her education at Jacksonville State University where she obtained her Masters In Education. She taught in Calhoun County and Talladega City School District from 2002-2016. Most recently she taught at Huffman High School from 2016 –2019. She was a great teacher and loved her students.
Alicia enjoyed her life to the fullest. She was a great mom, sister, teacher and friend. She was a social butterfly and diva.
Alicia was preceded in death by her mother; Phyllis Williams, father; Robert Williams, aunt; Evelyn Williams, and uncle; Lamar Durden.
She leaves to cherish and forever celebrate her memories, a son; Chaz Stroud, fiancé; Richard Hardaway, sister; Stacey Thomas, brother; Bobby Williams, nieces, Guage Dixon-Thomas, A’Lacey Williams, nephew; Breyon Williams, aunts; Grace Thomas, Janice Thomas, Betty Williams, Angela Jackson, uncles; Leroy Thomas, Graylen Thomas, Huffman High School students, faculty and staff, along with a host of other family members and friends.
