‘The fight was good, the faith was kept.’
The seventh child of the late Richard and Susie Graham, began her eternal life with her departed loved ones July 15, 2020. Pearl was a dedicated member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church until her health declined. She also served in many auxiliaries such as Sunday School teacher / secretary Senior Choir, Jones Choral Ensemble trustee wife / secretary President Drama club, Assistant youth advisor, a friviant orator, did Church Bulletins over twenty years.
Pearl brightened the path and lightened the journey of many threw her teaching, love, smile, dignity, kind hearted, quick wits, and generosity, she will be sadly missed.
She was loved and respected by her children who proceeded her in death: a son Michael Wayne Freeman (w. Velma Freeman); and a daughter Janice Freeman. Survivors include a son: Willie Louis Freeman; grandchildren: Anthony Gromyko Coleman (w. Lakeysha), Kevin Micah Freeman (w. Ikeona) and Danielle Threadford; great grandkids: Jasmines Coleman, Jamarcus Lumpkin, Jayden Lumpkin and Kandence Freeman; great-great grandkids: Jakayla Payne and Jhkai Coleman; best friend Mary Hawkins.
As well as numerous nieces and nephews, Pearl's love extended to younger sisters in Christ Mattie Lee , Margaret Johnson, Johnnie Levert, Susie Moore, Carolyn Sheppard, and Judith Gooden.
